Panelists: 6, 2from Makerere University, 1 from MulagoNRH, 1 from private facility(Medipal International Hospital) one from Non-Government Organisation (UVRI). Of the participants 207(31%) from government health facilities 204(31%) from private health facilities, 85(13%) from PNFP, 40(6%) from teaching institutions 396(60%) were medical doctors-clinicians, 52(8%) were clinical officers, 103(14%) were nurses and midwives.71 participants responded to the protest and 125 responded to the post-test with 18% improvement in the post-test poll.
